Today’s #paleo lunch is brought to you by the letter “B” for broccoli. I need to make my #crossfit work out worth it. So far?? Winning!! Officially 13 lbs lighter and actually did a moose (harder than rx “Randy” benchmark workout) today with seventy-five #55 power snatches!! Then added the optional torturous ab work out and confirmed that v-ups, planks, and flutter kicks are not my friend, but still…Woo hoo!! Now I did have to pop motrin (backache from yesterday’s work out), pepto and acid reflux meds right before I left, so I did feel older than dirt walking in. However, I will stick to the positive!! I am getting healthier every single day!!! I even signed up for a fall challenge to lose weight and do public weigh-ins with winner keeping the entry fee pot. Big time step for me!! (Taken with Instagram at Cascade CrossFit)
